- Order writing
- Rotation
- Replenishment
- In Store Production
- Workplace Safety
- Food Safety
- Daily, weekly, and monthly routines
- Responsible for the implementation of merchandising plans and store specific mapping communicated from TFM Corporate office.
- Act as a subject matter expert in your specific area of responsibility to drive sales through effective merchandising strategy including applicable standards, product positioning, product packaging, visual communications and graphics, fixtures, macro/micro space allocation.
- Conducting Training / Developing Training Processes as required for:
- Store Managers
- Assistant Store Managers
- Manager on Duty (MOD’s)
- Department Managers
- New Team Members
- Provide coaching for all managers and team members to optimize operations, further team development, and increase retention.
- Assist with creative problem solving
- Establishes and maintains quality results by following and enforcing company standards.
- Ensure that the store layout and planograms are executed and maintained.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ranging from remodels, new stores, and various assigned projects given by the Director of New Stores and Renovations.
