The Fresh Market currently has an opening for a Vice President, Financial Planning & Business Performance in our Store Support Center (099). The Vice President, Financial Planning & Business Performance serves as the senior leader responsible for business planning, financial performance, and decision support across the organization. Reporting to the CFO, this role partners closely with executive leadership and Cencosud’s corporate finance team to drive a value-focused, business-partner-oriented finance function.
This leader will oversee financial planning, performance management, and strategic analysis across the company while leading a team of director-level finance partners. The role plays a critical part in transforming Finance into a proactive function that enables growth, efficiency, and one version of the truth across the organization.
