The Merchandising Program Manager serves as the orchestrator of Merchandising strategy execution, translating strategic priorities set by the Chief Merchandising Officer into clear, aligned, and executable initiatives across functions and departments.
Reporting to the Chief Merchandising Officer, this role ensures merchandising programs are scoped, sequenced, resourced, and delivered with rigor, connecting strategy to day to day execution while driving accountability, visibility, and results. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of merchandising acumen, program management discipline, and cross functional leadership.
