About the Position:

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for paid media? We are searching for a Paid Media Manager to join our dynamic and innovative team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for driving results through paid media activation, ensuring our marketing efforts are both effective and efficient. Your expertise will help us reach our business goals, from revenue growth to enhanced brand awareness. You’ll work closely with external partners and cross-functional teams, leveraging your deep understanding of media planning and buying to develop and execute media plans to reach our guests. This role will report to the Director of Paid and Digital Media.

What You'll Do:

  • Paid Media Research, Planning & Buying: Conduct market and media research to develop comprehensive paid media plans for all stores, including new store grand openings, and negotiate media buys to maximize efficiency. Manage day to day communication with external media partners and ensure effective campaign delivery.
  • Paid Media IO’s and Administration: Create and manage insertion orders and administrative tasks related to paid media.
  • Paid Media Deliverables Management: Oversee the delivery of all paid media assets, ensuring they meet brand standards and deadlines.
  • Paid Media Performance Management and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of paid media campaigns, providing regular reports on key metrics and making recommendations for optimization.
  • Driving Results: Activate paid media strategies to drive business results, focusing on metrics such as revenue, store visits, customer acquisition and retention, and brand awareness.

Qualifications:

At a minimum, what you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in paid media planning and buying, preferably in the retail sector.
  • Proven track record of managing successful paid media campaigns that drive business results.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with paid media for retail or grocery stores.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
