About the Position:

The Fresh Market currently has an opening for an HRIS Coordinator in our Store Support Center. This position will assist the HRIS Manager in maintaining the HRIS platform (UKG). Responsiblities will include ensuring  data accuracy, generating reports and auditing data.

What You'll Do:

  • Approve workflows in UKG per The Fresh Market guidelines.
  • Audit of data for accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide reports from Cognos and other systems for data analysis for HR partners.
  • Support the payroll team by auditing data.
  • Document procedures, workflows and system changes for consistency and refernce.
  • Assist with iCIMS system as for reporting and auditing.
  • Assist with testing as needed.

Qualifications:

At a minimum, what you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Hands-on experience in an HCM. UKG Pro preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Exceptional attention to detail – our HRIS is the system of record for all People Data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Cognos reporting experience.
