We’re looking for an intern/management trainee to help us grow and strengthen The Fresh Market business!  This position is best suited for college juniors and graduating seniors who want to gain valuable experience in a managerial role with advancement potential.  We’re looking for someone who strives for excellence and brings positive energy, commitment and a “can-do” attitude to work every day. The Fresh Market Summer Internship/Management Trainee program will last 12 weeks between the months of May and August

Tampa, Florida Market

• Junior or Senior class standing
• Previous experience in management or similar/relevant field preferred, but not required
• Welcoming and helpful attitude focused on guest and team
• Effective communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• GPA of 3.0 or higher
